Commercial Transactions Act Notice

The following is published under Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976).

Price: The price of each plan is shown on the sign-up screen, inclusive of Japanese consumption tax. The Service is currently being prepared for launch, so pricing is not yet published. It will be published on this page and on the sign-up screen at launch.
Costs besides the price: Internet connection and communication charges, and any other cost of the connectivity needed to use the Service, are borne by the customer.

Payment method: Credit card only.
Payment timing: The first charge is taken at sign-up. Thereafter the charge is taken automatically on each renewal date.
If a charge fails: If a renewal charge fails, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the period already paid for (paid_until). If that date passes without the next payment being confirmed, we stop new issuance.

Availability: The Service is available immediately once payment completes.
Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The quota is increased once payment of the difference succeeds.
Downgrades: Take effect on the next renewal date. The difference is not refunded.

Returns and refunds: The Service is a digital service, so returns and refunds are not accepted.
Cancellation: If you cancel, the contract ends at the end of the period already paid for. No refund is given.
Withdrawing a cancellation: A cancellation may be withdrawn at any time up to the end of the period already paid for.
Verification after cancellation: Certificates and timestamps already issued remain verifiable after cancellation.

An internet connection is required to use the Service. Per-product requirements are stated on each product page.
